Game-affecting:
-Specialization BOff abilities missing from ability wheel (including, but not limited to: Miracle Worker, Temporal Agent, Intelligence, Command) - 11/15 (Command/Pilot accessed through Tactical wheel; Miracle Worker accessed through Engineering wheel; and Intelligence/Temporal accessed through Science wheel) -- Thanks TMGhost7729
-Cannon ROF seems off--inconsistent and jolty, sometimes lagging for a few seconds
-Beam DPS seems off, as well--actual damage output seems higher than description indicates
-Active DOff roster cannot be changed - 11/15
-New Swarm lockbox training manuals unusable, won't train BOffs - 11/15
QOL:
-Admiralty seems disorganized--ships no longer grouped by type, scattered within rarity/quality instead
-All warp-outs use soundFX from Discovery engines
-New lag in donating within Reputations and Fleet Holdings

-Can't train Bridge officers to the new Swarm Lockbox training manuals.
The specialization Boff powers got reorganized, btw, per @engineerb4#4806:
"This change also effects specialization powers.
Command/Pilot Boff Powers will be under Tactical.
MiracleWorker Boff Powers will be under Engineering.
Intelligence/TemporalOperative Boff Powers will be under Science."
I can attest that this is really the case as I have tried on a few ships with Spec powers so far.
pls, also fix:
-the preview of items, when selling them to merchants is gone
-in starfleet academy, the mainbuilding is flickering often (view from outside)
-temporal ground ability "uncertainly burst" is not trainable on boffs
- "Engineerint Team I (23c)" doesn't seem to be trainable
- "The Doomsday Device" has no updates to IKS Targ, despite patch notes.
It's been that way before the update, and it involves all 23rd c engineering manuals.
Additionally all TNG type 7 shuttle reclaims have been removed.

Yeah I wish that they'd restore the shuttle option. I'm sure gonna miss that thing.
