Title. Unrelated to Negative expertise, as my toons have enough positive to do so.

    Hi, the ones I pulled from Swarm Lockbox so far - Resonance Grenade I and III as well as Harmonic Lure I.

    Harmonic Lure acts as if I didn't have the manual (while I obviously have it, the field that would normally show as available if clicked on is greyed out) on the Eng Boff skill select/assign screen and the Resonance Grenades are not even listed on the Tac Boff abilities available/possible skills.

    I suspect the Sci manual has the same issue.

    Yes, @chrian#9670, the Sci one too, Harmonic Repulsor Wave (III in this case) is also untrainable. Btw, tried on diff. toons with diff affiliations to no avail. Thx.
