BUG: Fed aligned characters can not claim the Wizkids promo T6 Command Assault Cruiser -Enterprise E

Greetings All,
I've recently noticed that only my Normal Federation characters are able to claim the T6 Enterprise E. The ship is claimable under the promo tab found in the zen shop.

The problem is the ship does not appear for any of my other Fed Aligned characters, this includes my Fed aligned Jem'Hadar, Romulan and my Time hopping Federation characters.

I submitted the issue to a GM and I was told that this was a bug and it needed to be reported in-game and here on the forums.

    Hello @errab , The fed-aligned characters being unable to claim the ship is a known issue. Just to verify you are also saying that your TOS and DSC era captains are unable to claim the ship?

    Yes. The option to claim the ship does not appear for them in the zen shop under promos

    I had the same issue on my Fed DISCO toon till i got to 50+ then the ship turned up, until then its invisible / not available
