Ships are being listed as a different type of ship

Hello Everyone\m/.I have a friend who just got the lifer sub,and is having some Major issues.He reported the bug to C.S.,but no resolve yet.The issue that He's having is that his ship is showing up as a different ship altogether and that he cant use the consoles for the ship because of that.I was wondering if anyone else had this issue and what did you to resolve the issue?.He told me he "force Verified" as I suggested to no avail. Ty for any response in advance :)

    This needs to be fixed ASAP or my friend is leaving for a few months.Nothing worse than spending money on a game that does'nt care of it's own,and nothing worse than losing friends in the game.

    Uh....yeah, that looks totally wrong. Comparing to the picture on the Wiki....

    And it looks the same way IN the Ship Tailor???
    That would not explain why he can't use the consoles specific to the Khopesh, though.

    It is 9PM out here...so you may not hear back from Devs until the morning.

    That's the Scimitar Dreadnought Warbird T5U layout.

    It is odd, isn't it? That picture.

    Most of the gear is on loan to other ships.
    Shouldn't it switch over, automatically? Unless he has that turned off.

    I am not sure he can manually swap gear between ships that is not active, unless he is on a map with a ship yard.

    It's just weird it says Khopesh, but the layout is Scimitar and the pic is T'Varo (I think). Also if look at the Boff seating behind, it shows a Ensign tac seat. The Khopesh doesn't have any Ensign seating. So what ship is this actually supposed to be? Only thing I can think of is try switching ships several times and see if it works itself out. As for 'force verify' it seems that only works if you turn off 'on demand' first.
