T5 New Romulus Reputation unable to claim reward

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
Hello. Reached T5 on reputation, and went to the Underground Ruins to complete mission. Completed both "The Power Source" and "Secrets of the Ancients" by summoning D'Tan. However, I did not receive the Reputation reward, and the mission is completed. Did I miss something in order to claim the reward?
Fleet Affiliations:
FED: Royal Federation Mounted Starfleet: SB3, TAC3, ENG3, SCI3, Win, Int, DOff(T/E/S/B)
KDF: Parliamentary Klingon Empire: SB2, TAC2, ENG2, SCI2, Win, DOff(T)

    This should probably be put in the "TIER V REPUTATION REWARDS MISSING" thread which already exists.

    New Romulus missions are no longer tied to reputation.

    If you completed Tier 5 but not "Power Source" prior to the revamp, you don't. If you complete Tier 5 after the revamp you get the rewards without doing "Power Source". But some people in this thread https://forum.arcgames.com/startrekonline/discussion/1244444/tier-v-reputation-rewards-missing#latest have reported not getting the rewards. I just completed Tier 5 on one of my characters and got the reward as should have.

    Yes, we have completed T5 Romulan Reputation before the revamp but did not do the mission until after. That's the problem. Whoever did the revamp didn't consider the people who hadn't gotten around to doing the mission.
