Delta Quadrant Mission Rewards - All That Glitters and Capture the Flag

These two missions should be giving a Mk XI very rare kit & module. On my DSC toon (zakalwe@mycroft1701), both missions are giving Mk II VR, despite the character being level 60 for All That Glitters, and 64 for Capture the Flag

    I personally wouldn't complain if that was happening to me. Getting a Mk II item at very rare means you have a much, much better chance of upgrading it to epic "cheaply" than getting a MK XI. That is, assuming it's a kit and module you actually like and want to use. Throw a couple of upgrades and accelerators on it, cross your fingers and go.

    Mods cant go past VR for most of them not sure on the kits. 1 Upgrade will get it to a MK VIII. Im guessing 6 upgrades to MK XII. So in the long run with minor resources its just as expensive to craft a rare and upgrade that with a bind on account flag.
