I would have thought a L64 with Herald Projector in Mk12 UR gear, tricked out kit modules and BOFFs all in Mk12 VR or UR gear with large hypos and shield regen could clear this like I used to but not now.
Last Tholian captain barely takes any damage from anything and one shots everything...respawn after respawn after respawn.
I took 52K damage in one proton blast.
This captain has cleared this before with little issue so I know it isn't the build. Somthing is very wrong.

Tricked out in epic/UR, MkXIII to XV gear with BOFFs in reputaion MkXIII gear minimum. Large hypos/shield charges and still can't clear the last tholian captain.
Looks like I'm doing zero damage while the tholian goes around one shotting everyone.
Have cleared this over and over again with no issues at all. Not my captain build or equipment issue.
This is bugged.
