Unlock on Ground Skill Tree not selectable on Discovery Captain

As the title says, I cannot select the first unlock on the ground skill tree with my new Discovery captain. Video here:

I don't know if this happens with the next unlocks, I'll update the post as soon as i'll get another ground point to spend.

Ok, the 2nd unlock is selectable. Looks like only the first one is bugged.

Aaaand the 3rd unlock doesn't work.

Hello @nandospc , This is a known issue with the training manual ground node unlocks for Discovery characters. I've filed the bug to the appropriate team to fix. I apologize for the issue.
