Anyone know where to get the Discovery photon torpedo launcher?

Looking for the discovery photon torpedo launcher for my non TRIBBLE toon. Anyone know if it can be bought at a store?

    There's a Disc torpedo you get as a mission reward that's BoE.

    They need to make it so that torpedo can be acquired by non TRIBBLE toons what say you @borticuscryptic ????

    One of the extended tutorial missions. I THINK it's the mining colony one, but not 100% sure.

    The torpedo in question is a mission reward from one of the two new TRIBBLE-themed missions. I forget which, but it wasn't initially offered as a reward on release day.

    It's blue, in case you were wondering and can be obtained by anyone but I don't think it's bind-on-pickup, which I daresay was not intended.
