Gamma Vanguard Pack EV Suit Once or All Characters?

I've seen people say they were able to claim it on all toons and others that say it is only one. On this website I see that it says it would be available to every character but on the pack purchase page it says nothing. Are there any of you that bought the vanguard pack that can claim this on all your toons? I am not able to on the Xbox contrary what the website says here.

    I believe its once per character. Any more and you'd probably have to make single purchases if you want your whole away team outfitted.

    You need to claim the pack on other characters to get them things like the EV suit and the plethora of titles you'll never use.

    once. pony up the zen if you want more copies for away team. frankly just get the nuk rep space suits instead, those are better.

    You have to claim the Vanguard pack on each character you want the stuff for. It doesn't go into Promo reclaims. Just reclaim it from Discount Packs tab.

    I just want to make sure I am clear. Some of you have been able to claim the EV suit on multiple toons? These items are usually account unlocks so I know you can't for a whole away team but the romulan pack I got an ev suit for every toon. You claimed it separately. But with this one, I have claimed the pack on all my toons but only the first toon got an ev suit. The other toons it says 500 zen each. I want to verify that you definitely were able to claim this on multiple toons as part of the pack...not a separate ev suit purchase.

    I just went and confirmed that you can claim it for all your toons.

    I just did it on a new toon.

    You have to claim the Vanguard Pack.

    Have you made sure it was the full Vanguard Pack and not the Vanguard Starter Pack?

    I actually have both which is what I think the problem is. I talked to support and they are telling me it is a single claim only. I showed them the link that says it is for all toons but they said I should just come here. So I will contact them again and let them know that there are people that can claim on all toons. Just out of curiosity...you play pc or console. I've seen very subtle difference between the two but something like this should be uniform. Thanks for the response!

    When you buy the full Vanguard Pack, you are given both to prevent you from buying the Starter pack because the Vanguard pack already has all of the items in the Starter pack, so you won't waste money accidently buying the Starter pack after.

    It is the same for the Temporal Pack and the Temporal Starter Pack.

    Also I play on PC.

    I think I had a code for the starter pack then I bought the vanguard pack. Cant remember...maybe I did on the PC. Anyway, support is telling me that it is a one time claim. Anyone on Xbox or PS4 claim this on alts?

    Claim the EV Suit via the Starter Pack regardless if you bought the full Pack. As stated previously when you buy the full Pack the Starter is also unlocked. The suit for me was claimable once per Character, but seemed to be via the Starter.

    Yes I have, on both PC AND XBox. As I said, you have to claim the Vanguard pack on each toon.

    Thanks for the replies.

    The vanguard pack was claimable on my other toons and I got the ev suit even after support said it was only claimable on one toon. I have 2 JH toons. One that has the ev suit and the other that doesn't. The one that doesn't is NOT able to claim the vanguard pack or the starter pack. I don't think I ever claimed it because I didn't claim it on any other toons...just my main fed toon and the a JH alt. I am positive I did not delete this as I hoard everything and have tons of storage. I'm following up with support but thanks for the advice; at least I have them on my other toons.

    Vanguard Starter Pack does NOT come with spacesuit. Only the Full pack does. So you can claim 1 spacesuit per toon if you bought the big Vanguard Space Pack. If you want more copies of the spacesuit, you will need to buy it as a standalone purchase.
