    Thank you so much for helping me out. I am his friend that he mentioned. My issue is as follows:

    I created a Klingon Delta Recruit. Some how my Klingon Delta Recruit has walked through the wall to another portion of the map. I should not have access to this part of the map yet. I have access to only one room, which is the turbolift. I cannot interact with the turbolift because my character has not progressed that far into the story. I am stuck in the tutorial and cannot get out. I do not want to delete this character as it is a DELTA RECRUIT. Can someone please help?

    P.S. I can submit screenshots to show proof via email and provide any other information that will help.

    No, I can’t interact with anything. There is nothing to even abort. It says welcome to STO.

    You need to contact support. Who will want your toon handle.

    They will have to into ur account and move your toon for you

    I am not sure if this will work on Consoles....

    But over on PC side, if you sign out of the game completely, and wait about 15-20 mins before signing back in....the game will "reset" and stick you back in default location. Good luck.

    i have outstanding tickets that have not been responded too nor fixed for over 2 years. IF its KDF related good luck.... but have you tried the stuck command? [ EDIT ] ahh never mind your on console, im not sure they even have the option for that one. again good luck

    There is the option on consoles as well. It's in the Options menu.

    Have you tried posting a full screenshot so we can clearly see exactly what you see?
