    hi,
    the klingon version cant accept heavy cannons...but the romulans can...
    they are cruiser, as the romulans. why cant we install HC on front weapons slot?
    is this a bug?

    This has been the case since Romulans came out in 2013. For whatever reason, Cryptic decided to allow any warbird to equip dual cannons, regardless of whether they actually have the turn rate to use them properly (base turn rate of 6 is enough to use dual beams effectively if you buff the hell out of it, but forget DHCs). The Klingon ships, however, are classed as ordinary cruisers and therefore don't get DCs.
