Ticket #4,748,307. None of the quest givers are offering their daily missions anymore.

Not sure if it's bugged or WAI. When they've put the NR stuff into the episode list a lot changed but I don't remember if this was on purpose or not.

Yep, it's been like this for quite some time now. I don't think it's a bug.

I was back on New Romulus with one of my Mains that I finally unlocked New Romulus on, a second time....got stuck behind "Yesterday's War" arc and "Vorgon Conclusion" mission.

He was able to collect the Eng/Sci/Medical Reports while running around doing the staging area mission Kylor gives out and was able to turn in said reports to the NPC standing next to the building (warehouse??) over by the shuttles. This seemed to be a separate objective. Because I am not sure it added percentage points toward Kylor's quest. I don't know if the staging area mission has to be active to see the other ones, now.

    If that helps.

You need to get the Missions from the New Romulus Mission Arc. The lazy NPCs have not been speaking since they created the Mission Arc. But unlike the lazy Romulan workers in the Staging Area you cannot admonish them into getting back to work.
