Missing Effects and other bugs (PS4)

1) Quantum Phase Torpedos are invisible in space battles, i suspect this goes for all torpedoes.
2) Frosted Boots have no special effect anymore.
3) Missing effects on consoles like Exchange,Bank and Mail (ESD and Risa), possibly on all interact objects, also missing from "Reunion" mission.
4) Missing icons above NPCs in missions (mission i played was "Reunion"), also at Risa.
5) Missing radiation clouds in mission "Reunion" when cleaning up radiation at end of the mission.
5) Risa summer event mission "Artifact Scavenger Hunt", scanner not working.
6) Risa summer event mission "Horga'hn Hunt", when multiple players are scanning at same spot, sometimes you collect nothing.
