Veteran Dilithium refining. Veteran rewards.

It appears that my 800+ reward (I've been lifetime since oh-god-when) that allows the extra dilithium refining at SFA doesn't want to work. In fact, it keeps telling me that I need to be a 800+ day veteran.

Anyone else having similar issues?
Lifetime Subscriber since Beta - That doesn't mean you have to believe me.
