Jem'Hadar Attack ships unobtainable

As a Jem'Hadar with a [T6] Vanguard Carrier, I am unable to purchase the Jem'Hadar attack ships or Jem'Hadar Fighters from any station Ship Equipment vendor. By double clicking on the icons for them, they state that "I am unable to purchase because I do not have the correct ship" Despite me having the Vanguard Carrier, a vessel required in order to purchase. I have the correct amount of EC and all 6 tiers of mastery unlocked, so there is no reasonable explanation as to why I ma unable to purchase the hanger pets I want. the same is true for my federation character, accept I am able to buy the fighters this time; fighters that were unlocked upon me acquiring the [T5] Jem'Hadar Dreadnought Carrier
I believe that The old unlock system for the fighters and attack ships is interfering with the new Jem'Hadar ships, preventing me or anyone else from purchasing them, despite meeting the prerequisites.
