cannot collect flag risa board race

did the race, did not get DQed, came in 3rd, could not collect flag. dismounted. still couldnt collect the flag. it then became finish. could not collect. race was over, then I just popped the floater on and was told I was dqed.
I did not miss any gate. There were 10 people if not more in the zone chat reporting they couldnt collect it either, who also did not miss the gates.
