Agony Phaser Torpedo broken unuseable

Agony Phaser Torpedo fires off and applies damage and NO DoT "Damage over" Time or... REVERSE it applys DoT but does NO Torpedo damage.

Also somtimes fires off invisible when this happens applys a DoT effect but no Torpedo Damage.

I tried to use torpedo spread 3 for this torpedo and I know Dots are % based on when they apply...but does 0 torpedo damage about 40% of the time and DoTs the other times NOT both.

Completely unusesable at this time.

    It's supposed to be Phaser Damage as well as guaranteed DoT. Just checking your not looking for Kinetic Damage.

    Yeah it does phaser damage becouse its a phaser torpedo but its still very buggy its aweful to try to use this thing.

    I tried useing this torpedo for a period of time and same problems keept occuring It would be great for alot of builds if they fix it.

    I looked again at the specs and it said 40% chance to disable and apply DoT unless I read this wrong or interpeted it wrong maybe the proc is tied to the BUG I get.

    This thing always hits with torpedo spread 3 but its either torpedo damage or DoT damage never both and seems to be around the same as proc % .

    nothing in the new patch about this... I hope before we get another energy torpedo they fix this one
