Story Missions, 1% from losing it completely.

For a week now my Level KDF Aligned Romulan Character has been stuck (Only started leveling since VIL) with NO STORY LINES ACCESSABLE.

The ONLY mission I have the ability to complete for the first time is Tradecraft which is completely screwed up.

Take a look at the below video for yourselves, I have completed EVERY story mission up to this point and yet NOTHING I qualify in level for is available, is this because of the secondary requirement that needs to be met?

You have a level requirement that should be it, anyway here is the video, you will notice the tutorials are still there but I have never done them on any character.

didn't look at vid but guessing you probably need to do the temporal mission... Yesterday's war or something like that... it blocks you from going forward unless you play that arc.

I can do all the story arcs beginning with Solanae, but cannot do anything before - the only mission available is the very first one in Klingon War. I'm praying that I do not have to play through everything to get to the Kurland and pickup some Dominion Polarons - I mean, I already have to listen to Kurland four times to get enough cannons and beam arrays. I really don't want to have to play through the ENTIRE game to that point, as well.

Yesterdays war required sure but how do you play it when it stays grayed out?

Oh dear....I have not looked at my KDF Aligned Romulan Delta Recruit in weeks....because of that XP bonus they had going. She is at level 12...I can check to see how her mission log looks.

Now I'm scared!! All my deltas are at the card arc and at 45-50 in level..Not seen it post ViL..

Hmm...it appears to be working "correctly" on my Romulan. I guess, I will have to actually DO "Neutral No More" and see if that unlocks the NEXT mission arc "Allies". Right now, everything else is locked....which is as it should be for this character...since I have the "Skip" button available.

I will get back to you here, once I run "Neutral No More" and tell you what I see.

BUT...I notice the traits are messing up on my Romulan. I am pretty sure she is NOT supposed to have this Trait slot unlocked at Level 12. I will have to look at some of my other low level Delta Recruits and see what is going on there.

OK...looked at some of my other low levels....

Never mind...THIS is the "Extra Trait" slot that is open for my Rom because she is an Alien Gen. I guess, at one time that trait was supposed to be at the END of the listing. ????? LOL...so it has probably been messed up since they added Level 60 to this game.

Having pretty much the same problem, but it's my standard (not Gamma/Delta recruit) Klingon character stuck halfway through the Delta Rising set of missions. All mission options are greyed out (can't skip, can't play) starting with the 'Kobali' intro mission. Yet it says I can play later missions like the new Gamma stuff. My Klingon is Level 64.

Somethin' ain't right! lol

Well...on my Regular Klingons....I have not finished "Yesterday's War"arc, yet.
NOR have I gone back to finish everything in the New Romulus Arc. Yup, they stuck a bunch of missions inside the mission log in the New Romulus arc....the stuff that you used to do as part of the Rep.

I think you have to finish ALL of those to move on. So, check that.

I am not high enough for New Romulas arc, I am currently 33 and have done every mission in the following

From the Ashes
Allies
In Shadows

That is the ONLY 3 arcs I can play missions from.

I qualify in LEVEL for the following arcs.

The following are showing as active in the tab with their names

Yesterdays War
Spectres

The following are not highligted like the above two but regardless they still wont let me start anything despite being the required level for them.

Wasteland
Vengeance
Freedom

So that is 6 Story Arcs I qualify for in level only which I cannot do despite having NOTHING outside of tutorials and pi canis patro / daily mining in "Available" tab.

Watch the video I linked above, the only difference between that video and now is I managed to complete "Tradecraft" THATS IT.

Everything is still FUBAR.

My Rom is only at level 12...I won't be anywhere near 30 for a while. I took a pic of where I am at...see above.

ALL the arcs should be gray for my character....since I am still in the "From the Ashes" arc...which is the very first set of missions for Roms. I have not finished those missions.

But as you can see that several of the buttons to the Arcs further down the list are not grayed out: Spectres, Solanae, Delta, Iconian, Future Proof, and Gamma Quad. Though all the missions in the list further down are not accessible to me once opening the tab. All gray, no skip button.

The trigger is not necessarily "being at the proper level" to start these missions....it is: does the program see you as having completed the previous set of missions? If you have skipped through a ton of TRIBBLE...go back and do them.

IF you don't want to do ALL of them over again... at least, REPLAY the LAST mission BEFORE that mission you are locked out of. See if doing that will unlock the next part of the program.

Just keep in mind....they just added a TRIBBLEton of stuff to a old program, a lot of stuff is getting messed up. The more you allow the program to do its own thing and go its own pace and not fast forward, and allow it to complete things step by step...the less problems you will have. You will, also, be able to tell more clearly....what step the program missed and correct by retaking those steps.

If you already tried replaying the mission before the one locked...then, I agree, it really is fubar. LOL!

where2r1 do neutral no more (even if done it once a long long time ago, though I see you are just level twelve so this doesn't apply to your char as it's 1st time for it)

you may encounter this issue later too... always do blocking lines and quests, always do yesterday's war quests when can, and also last quests in lines may cause issues - do those. (such as that obisek's quest which is NEEDED) This especially matters since last quests in line frequently have some peculiarities, some can not be skipped and might be needed but it's hard to see that.

look for any non skipped/non done/last line quests before the blocked one. do any yesterday's war quest you could accept, when you are at the adequate level and order (do try) Try to have spectres done too;

spectres seems to me to be automatically done if you travel to an area in time (I don't remember which area, drozana/k7 areas maybe?) but 1st better do neutral no more...

the ! on line quest may indicate game thinks this quest should be done for the 1st time and you should be able to take it or it's in progress. (sometimes quests may reset so it's not REALLY 1st time)
BTW I tend to skip skip quest blocker skip skip quest blocker (or last quest in line/other quests which are important like yesterday's war, which needs to be done ASAP IMO) etc/troublesome quests, unlocking all up to level 50 ASAP, and only THEN quest orderly, in trying to avoid troubles like we had on VIL.

, it was Krang. After completing "All that Glitters" for the first time, I believe I tried to skip "The Kobali Front" and the following "Kobali Crisis Act 1" and this is where things broke.
