KDF Gamma Recruit R&D objective rewards FED DOFFs

Saw something like this in the general discussion and while I didn't pay attention to the rewarded DOffs when I opened the package I did go through my DOffs today to check it out and sure enough my KDF aligned Jem'Hadar had five federation uncommon researchers in his roster that can't be used on assignments.

    do not hope for a fix for false faction doffs. Fed alligned Roms get kdf hologram doffs since day 1 of LOR. Live with it.
