I haven't started a new alt in a while. I started a new alt, grabbed my ship and gear, and blew off Welcome to Spacedock mission. I played through the first two missions and noticed at Lieutenant 2 that I wasn't receiving skill points. I'm now at L4 and still no skill points. Is this because I blew off the intro Spacedock mission? Has anybody ever run into anything like this with a new alt?

    I am having the same issue with the alt that i just created. Skipped the tutorial and went right to my ship and played first mission. I have yet to receive any skill points.
