Cardassian intel ships consoles can be only equipped on Cardassian ships.

The Blog stated clearly:
"This console mod can be equipped on any starship. You may only equip a single one of these consoles."
So does the Zen store description.
But when i checked the consoles in-game, they clearly have:
"Can be equipped on any Cardassian ship"
WTF? - False advertising, or bug?
Or it is only me?
