AoY account unlocks Not working on Jem toon

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
The account wide unlock that turns all Reputation project gear into Mk13 UR, that I have from completing and unlocking that from the AoY recruit event, is NOT working/ applying to my new Jem'Hadar Vanguard toon.

Also not getting Superior version of specialization traits, another AoY account wide unlock, not working on Jem toon.

    Same issue here. Also running a Jem'Hadar Vanguard toon. Tactical, to be specific.

    You have to get it from the temporal agent per-character, and Jem'Hadar have to be level 65 with 20 hours of game time to retrieve Delta/Temporal rewards.

    Oh really? Seems I've completely forgotten about that part, well I'm not there yet, so hopefully you're right.
