-Some objects flicker - usually objects that have an/are an animation (the solar flares from stars flicker and don't render properly in sector space, or the waterfalls behind the main building on Colony Holding, for example)
-Some EPG/Temporal/Science abilities (like Temporal Anomalies caused by the clickie from Paradox Dreadnought console) have a square/box around them in space combat, making it look really awful.
-The rifts in UAA don't look right either. Seems almost ANYTHING THAT USES A PARTICLE EFFECT is having problems in this update (Singularity ship explosions, Plasma torpedo explosions, Subspace Vortex, and so on and so forth...).
Edit: The Tzenkheti Battlezone also has something weird going on with the planet rings, making energy animations (weapons, explosions, energy fields) invisible on the other side of the ring from your viewpoint.
-Borg Assimilated Engines trail in sector space looks different/changed/not WAI
-Occasional RANDOM crashes to desktop occur (seems most crashes occur on map transfers).
-"Quick Menu", accessible by holding the X button has the order of options thrown around with "Visit Shuttle Bridge" as the top option, instead of "Chat" that was top until now, making it really inconvenient (people want Chat at the top) , plus the order of things makes it look really disorganized
-Equip consumables from inventory was removed as well.
-No sound on upgrading items

..what i have seen, basically all light- and nebulaish effects are flickering now.. it just depends on your angle to it. sometimes you have flickering, sometimes not, but the bug is always there lol (glowing on consoles, exploding ships..)
here some more:
-destroyed borg cubes are becoming invisible for a moment and reappear when they have their final (for us deadly) warpcore breach
- BOFF ability (temporal-ground) "uncertainty burst I" ist not trainable
- small shield charge (consumable) do not stack properly - are there diffrent ones? dont see any diffrence in the discription..
- ships still sometimes cannot un-stealth
- Abiliy-weel-menus need some attention from you guys crypric!: position of abilitys changes often;; gets overlayed from npc-dialogs;; shows abilities from active reputation, which are not even equipped)
-strange color-linking in the tailor: p.e.: color 1 from shoulder pad can be linked with color 1 from pants - pls cryptic remove ALL restrictions you have made in the tailor! why limit functionality in your own game??
I've experienced most of these things as well. The tailor issue is something few have mentioned, but I noticed that too when changing the color of some items it auto-changes some other random clothing item to the same color. You have to change to different clothing items you don't necessarily want, change the color, then change back to the clothing item you wanted to prevent the "color linking" issue. I think the IDs identifying each item of clothing got duplicated in some places--basically a typo in a few areas. I'd hope that would be something easily corrected.
There are a couple of other things I've noticed that I haven't seen mentioned before in the forum but are a bit annoying:
In the previous version, you could select an item in inventory and have "equip" as an option for an item that could be equiped. If it was space gear or ground gear, the appropriate slots would appear in a separate window and allow you to select where it went. After this update, this option is missing. Many people have noticed and complained about this in game.
If you have a gun drawn on ground and use a kit model or some other ability it shows the character as unarmed after the kit/ability animation finishes rather than returning an image of him/her holding the weapon.
On the same note as this, I've noticed that the Competitive Wargames impulse engines aren't right. The visual for them looks like it's only half there. Hard to describe, but on my bug ship it used to be a rectangle covering the entire back section. Now it flickers back and forth, never covering the entire section.

1: lockout delay to admiralty missions that wasn't their before
2: slight turn rate nerf/bug to a lesser degree escorts and smaller t6 ships every other ship is fine but the smaller ones have suffered bigger ones have to a lesser degree than the smaller ones .
3: cannons not running(Firing cycle is off) as intended on most ships or characters (not all but most )
4: dil refining delay along with a bug that keeps on poping up after every map change as showing zero refined for the day when you already refined the daily limitalready
overall the games feels more sluggish than before, why on earth did they have to mess around with the graphics?
that was bug present way back i think about U11 or U12, it's annoying as hell
