"The meaning of victory is not to merely defeat your enemy but to destroy him, to completely eradicate him from living memory, to leave no remnant of his endeavours, to crush utterly his achievement and remove from all record his every trace of existence. From that defeat no enemy can ever recover. That is the meaning of victory."

Its going to be interesting seeing the results of this poll. It might be a Romulan republic victory if the poll continues getting more romulan votes. But it could go to the Feds too. *Shrugs*
Starfleet Temperial (Tos 23 century fed alternate )
I tend to lean towards Fed side, moreso towards 23rd century/Temporal Agents. Then again, I have a soft spot for TOS Trek, as well as general retro sci fi, such as Forbidden Planet, Jetsons and their like, so there's that.
Resident TOS, G.I. Joe, Transformers and hair metal fangirl.
All of them. They all added something to the game experience for me. If I had to choose an ultimate favorite, it would probably be the KDF but I have a virtually equal number of characters in each faction so "all" seemed appropriate.
When you see "TRIBBLE" in my posts, it's because I manually typed "TRIBBLE" and censored myself.
None of them. In fact, in the game, my fleet is portrayed as fiercely independent separatist. Due to game mechanics limitations though...KDF. For the ships, outfit choices, and missions like the Fek'ihri arc. Throw in that the KDF starbase has Orion "exotic dancers" in the bar, and because the Bortasqu' bridge is the best bridge.
As far as Trek fandom goes, I consider myself to be a bit of a TOS'er so wanted to like that [so-called] "faction" a bit more. Unfortunately, it's always come across as "incomplete," and I've always gotten the sense that more may have been planned for that era, at least, but nothing developed for whatever reason (possibly some of the negative reactions from players?).
In general, though, I think I like the Romulan faction the most simply because I think they've got the best storyline of the group. If you think about it, the Romulans have the biggest influence in many of the events leading up through the Iconian War.

The Dominion has endured for two thousand years, and will continue to endure long after the Federation has crumbled into dust... but we'll leave that to history
We are the Borg. Lower your shields and surrender your ships. We will add your biological and technological distinctiveness to our own. Your culture will adapt to service us. Resistance is futile.

Most of my characters are Feds, just because they were made as griding alts and I had ships unlocked for them.
I will say though, I am looking forward to playing a Jem Hadar and a Cardassian.
