I am a lifetime member and I have not received Zen for a long time. Every time I contact support through Arc support site I get an error message. Can i GET SOME HELP PLEASE.
Me too, seems I got two months worth a while back, like over a year ago and then nothing. What's the deal? I've tried emailing, twitter, facebook and now here. Unless something happens soon , like 24 hours, I'm calling them and my lawyer
