Demoted myself by misstake someone claimed leadership to my fleet what Should i do?

Ya dumb i know he claim my fleet promoted me provision anyway i can turn that around he said in 10 to 14 days it will go back to me automatic ?

    I'm already joint leader but he's over me in my own fleet recruited he's own armada i Can't do anything about it
