Rich Dilithium Claim is not working

I'm at the point where it says to hand in the claim, but the guy doesn't have that option. So I can't do my mining. Be nice if this got fixed before the bonus weekend is over! :/

    We would like to resolve the issue as quickly as possible; however, some issues require development time from departments outside of Customer Support and cannot be immediately resolved by a Game Master. We are sorry again for any inconvenience caused. If you need assistance with anything else, please feel free to reach out to us again.
