Toons Shoulders and Arms are Deformed after 4-5-18 patch

While standing my toons shoulders are deformed IF they are using the "Twitchy" stance after 4-5-18 patch. Pretty bizarre look :-p
If they are moving, all is as it should be.

Me and others have post about this, but a week has passed and they seems to ignore it or dont care about fixing it.
