I mean, just look at these character textures! They match so well! -_- Sarcasm aside, STO I love you... But this kind of stuff just makes the game look bad... And to boot, it renders LOBI outfits unusable due to texture problems and clipping.. Been reporting these bugs for upwards of two years and have yet to see the Devs even address them as a problem.     Unfortunately for you, they are not a problem. They are not monetarily exploitable and are not game breaking in anyway. These types of visual bugs are sent to the back of the line where they often stay.
    When you see "TRIBBLE" in my posts, it's because I manually typed "TRIBBLE" and censored myself.

    What salazarraze said. The Wells lobi uniform isn't able to match top and bottom colours (the bottom pallette is one off for some reason) since their release five or so years ago. It's just the way it is and after all these years WAI.

    I think that's an environmental issue not a character issue.

    No its not, it showed up way back when they did the first character update. They never changed the lower body textures to match the upper body. Its a common problem in mods for Skyrim and Fallout. Though modders easily overcome it with texture blenders. Cryptic seems to not comprehend how to do something modders do for free... If only modding wasnt a ban-able offense in this game, players could fix this them selves.
