No First Contact event listed in the character reputation/contribute tab

My level 39 Starfleet captain just completed the first contact event. Went to her reputation tab and opened the contribute tab, there is no first contact event at all for her to select to. Everything worked fine on my level 60 captains, so far just her.

    Same for my Level 11 KDF. What's the point in allowing L10+ to run the event if those same toons can't do the rep?

    i have the same problem on ps4, 2 characters 1 at level 18 and 1 at level 31 that cannot slot the project, however on the plus side the event allows easy farming of rep marks since it's repeatable every 30mins (per character).

    when your chars that cannot slot the project reach 50 iirc, they will have 100s of marks for each rep to start with.

    Same issue for me, a lvl 32 can't get the project started. And I agree, why have the mission description say lvl 10+? You can do the mission, but you can't slot the project. Makes no sense to me.

    I have same problem and my fed tac 21 lvl can't do it.

    Ditto. Level 31 captain with no Event Rep project option for First Contact Day.

    Actually, I have a level 60 Dahar Master that isn't getting a reputation option for the event as well. And riday afternoon almost 4 PM EDT the problem isn't likely to be fixed this week at all. After Monday sometime if ever. I'm beginning to think the Devs aren't reading these OR the Tribble forums any more.

    Not fixed yet. Still have multiple characters level 11, 16, 23, 24, and 35 that can't start the event project.

    Doesn't account for my level 60 Dahar Master that dosn't get the event listed. And no it hasn't been fixed on my level 41 Fed character either. 4/7/2018

Should this be the case, is there any way to get this fixed before the event ends? Or will characters in this situation be out of luck?

    On facebook, Star Trek Online posted Friday.

    "If you're unable to slot the First Contact Day project, hold on to your vouchers. We'll have a fix in next week, and you can slot them all at once."

    Now if this really happens and it doesn't break something else is anyones guess.

    Na, my new character hasn't unlocked either the Summer or Winter event store and can slot the First Contact event.

    But did your character participate in the 8th year anniversary event? Because I believe players were able to unlock the event reputation from "Q" then as well.

    Nope, she's only a week old. Just some game weirdness I guess that apparently is now fixed.
