Why is there no way to report a bug in Xbox one like there is in pc?

    i have an issue on xb1, in space battles my ship just stops, even when the throttle marker at full engines, i need to reset the speed and go full speed again just to stop again when i re engage, any ideas?

    So I am unable to create a post and I hope someone who is able to help sees this but I am having a similar issue during the mirror invasion event I have done the event mission for the past two days and I have not gotten any multidimensional transport devices from those days I got one on the 11th and 12th of august 2017 and did not receive one for the 13th or for today the 14th I know they are 20 hour time locked (according to the official wiki) I did the missions at around 3pm Pacific time both days I received the items and both times I did not receive them I do not want to miss out on the contribution awards if someone could help me out that would be very much appreciated

    So, I have no idea where to post this (since, as stated above, support for the Xbox One seems a little thin on the ground), I've been having a couple of issues with Star Trek Online recently, in that when I go to load a career the game will just quit back to my Xbox Home Screen, with no way to actually load the game. I'll have a couple of careers going, and the issue will only really happen on one at a time, so for example my Klingon career won't load, but my Federation and Romulan careers will. What I've been having to do is just delete the career and restart, which wasted several weeks of playing on my last Federation career!
    Like I said, I know this isn't totally the right forum, but if anyone has any solutions or can point me in the right direction that would be amazing! Thank you!

    Please provide your characterName@handle of the character experiencing these problems.

  • When sitting outside Earth space dock or entering PVE the camera doesn't respond and move anywhere like it used to. I submitted a ticket and was asked to make a bug report but not sure where to make it.

    I was asked by Support to right up this issue as a bug. I was playing through the Klingon War episode but in the Spin the Wheel mission when I get to Space Station K-7 the game locks and kicks me back to Xbox. I have had Arc Support move me to another sector so I could login, yet after doing other things ie.. fleet battles, minor assignments, the game still locks up when I get to K-7. When reloading after getting kicked the game will load very quickly to 80%, the music would freeze, then the game would load but I would be kicked out to Xbox. When I did come into the Sherman System sometimes there was a planet other times not. Our fleet station is in the same system which I can access. Pain is I can't complete this mission so the episode tree is locked for me, which makes me want to quit playing all together. I have also noticed many minor missions which tell you to go to a Sector and do a single or fleet action, those from Admiral Yanishev, do not activate or give that fleet option.

    I have had the same issue at Space Station K-7 in the Klingon War episode. I sent in a support request and they moved my ship to another sector to free it up. Still can't complete the mission, Support asked me to write up the issue so the programers, bug folks, could take a look at it. My write up is 4or5posts down. Would love them to show this mission completed for me so I can play on while they fix the bug.

    Sorry forgot to give character's name....Hawkins on the USS No Clue. Also have the not moving issue mentioned above during fleet actions.

    Does anyone know if you can claim the Bajoran event ship for all your characters, or is it just one ship per account?

    I finished the 8th anniversary event, but after claiming the ship on one character, the others only allow me to trade vouchers for marks when I finish the event with those characters.

    I thought it was like the Krenim event where I could get a ship for each character....
