Shift key keeps bringing up Arc game screen

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
Each time I hit shift for the past hour, I can't run, instead ARC games screen of some sort slides in. o.O;

    Now I run when walking, tumble when i hit c. I can't do anything. HELP! O.O

    In Arc launcher check the in game settings.

    I noticed over the last week that I had to re-set options, they went back to the default. You should double check all your options in Arc and in game to see if they were set back to the default.
