Game Bug Instantly Removed 11,400 Hit Points from my Ship

My Hull Capacity suddenly dropped from 91,940 to 80,541 overnight for no good reason. Both HP's were measured 24 hours apart at the same exact location (in my ship at ESD), and I'm certain I haven't done anything that will cause such a change to occur. During the 24-hour period when my ship lost 11,400 Hit Points, I have not done any upgrade, no console changes, no traits changes and no reputation changes. Besides, I was offline during that period, and when I logged back in my ship was already missing 11,400 HP's. Please assist immediately, this is severely affecting my gameplay. I have screenshots to prove what has happened, if needed.

    I have already ruled out any buff or debuff.

    Could your deflector be one of those that had the incorrect modifiers that were addressed in the 3/15/18 patch?

    "Resolved an issue that could cause some Deflector Dishes to be obtained with an incorrect set of modifiers."

    I also noticed this but not to suc a large extent..In my case it wouldvary between 300-600HP going up and down for no reason..

    No, they keep making the same claim and yet never post any of their build details.

    Double check traits, DOffs, loadout?

    The problem with the plethora of modifiers in STO, along with "other issues" (known loadout bug) means that the slightest, sometimes seemingly insignificant change, can scramble numbers all over the place.

    Heck, as I write this, I remembered that one of the specialization trees (Command, maybe) gives a massive hull HP boost, and by deactivating that specialization your hull goes down "seemingly out of nowhere" if you're not paying a ton of attention...
    Detecting big-time "anti-old-school" bias here. NX? Lobi. TOS/TMP Connie? Super-promotion-box. (aka the two hardest ways to get ships) Excelsior & all 3 TNG "big hero" ships? C-Store. Please Equalize...

    This has been an ongoing issue for me way before 3/15. The 11,400 HP's get reinstated for a short while, then I lose the exact same amount again couple of days later. Once they are gone, they stay gone for weeks.

    We could be experiencing the same bug, but you seem to be affected by it to a lesser extent for some reason.

    The sudden HP drop occured overnight while I was offline. I checked before going offline, and it was 91,940. Then when I logged back in the next day; without doing anything in the game yet, it was suddenly down to 80,541. This has been an ongoing issue for me, hence I check my HP each time I log in and out. The 11,400 HP's get reinstated for a short while, then I lose the exact same amount again couple of days later. Once they are gone, they stay gone for weeks.

    Are you using threatening stance? Maybe your fleet is doing the combat buff project? A DOff mission buff?

    Do you use the Command Spec? Because I have a similar problem with the EPG Bonus from the Temporal Operative Spec. It seems that the bonus doesn´t apply correctly. Sometimes its on, sometimes I have to switch the specs. After a while the EPG Bonus switches off again. Will have a look later today, if its happening with the Command Spec too.

    I have ruled that out actually, because my hull has been a consistent 91,940 HP's in many other locations besides ESD before the game bug struck.
