Scylla and Charybdis Week 2 Reward

I completed week 1 fine and received the Shields.
But upon completion of week 2 i received the box with the Upgrade/spec point, but i did not receive the deflector dish.

From this post https://www.arcgames.com/en/games/xbox/star-trek-online/news/detail/10838774-scylla-and-charybdis-week-2-reward! i thought i would be rewarded with the deflector this week.

    The mission journal under active missions lists the deflector available March 15, the impluse engine March 22, and the Mek'leth March 29. I know they posted about the second week starting on the 13th, beats me why there is the discrepancy. :/

    Just completed the mission and the deflector was a choice of rewards, so go to it gang.

    Does anyone know if you can claim the Bajoran event ship for all your characters, or is it just one ship per account?

    I finished the 8th anniversary event, but after claiming the ship on one character, the others only allow me to trade vouchers for marks when I finish the event with those characters.

    I thought it was like the Krenim event where I could get a ship for each character....

    Each character on the account should be able to claim it, go to the Rep store it should be the last ship listed right above the Bajoran Warp cores.
