Map transitions in Delta Quadrant

I've already received help from an admin, but I was asked to post the bug.

I was doing the Endeavor mission for "Complete a Delta Rising Mission"

When I tried to transition to a map in the Delta Quadrant, (not sector space) The map would start patching and then completely stop and get stuck.

The issue only happened loading any of the Delta Rising missions. It did not have any issues with map loading for the 3 PvE's I did (Breach, Crystalline advanced, Infected conduit advanced)

Both times I got
Patching 8 files, 0 bytes/s
or
Patching 30 files, 0 bytes/s

Each time I got stuck, a GM would move me back to outside the Sol system in sector space.

    I'm having the same issue with other characters in different missions/locations. Just starts to load but says 0 bytes/s.

    Try turning off on demand patching
    LTS and loving it.

    turned off on-demand patching and still have problem. Everything was fine the other day with it on.

    I prefer to patch everything before getting into the game..Have you tried that then exit the launcher..Clear out the game cache completely deleting everything and then relaunch..I had this issue sometime back a(about a year or so) so after every patch I wipe the cache and logs clean and relaunch the game with no issues..Works for me MIGHT for you..Give it a try..

    I seem to be having map transfer issues on several of my toons. They are stuck on loading. This bug has reared it's ugly head again.

    My character just got stuck right now in the k13. Closed and opened the game multiple times, but still stuck in the loading screen.

    I currently have 3 character stuck on loading screens because the patch server is dead. Going off to play SWTOR for a few days then I will check to see if it has been fixed.
