Captains on Console will be able to claim a collection of rewards, including the Lukari Ho'kuun Science Vessel, for a week starting tomorrow!

    Just so we're clear: One Ho'kuun per character means if you have 30 characters, you can get 30 Ho'kuuns.

    It's not an account unlock, however. You'll have to claim each one individually, and you can't discard it without losing it forever.

    What about the players that already have a Lukari Ho'kuun from the Pheonix boxes?

    Is what was announced all that will be given away for console players or will there me more announced as the week goes on?

    Why not as an account unlock? Curious as to the reasoning behind it being per character.

    Or is it just because it's not in the cstore and giving it as an account unlock via the ship reclaim event store would be too hard?

    Costumes that were on PC seem to be missing from the list.

    On the bright side as its a 10gig patch at least the giveaways aren't stated as being per day as they were on PC.

    Do you have to be a certain race or level to get the ship? Fed@60 was able to claim it, but my two new K@8 & R@6 races I recently started to play are not able to claim it, all it says is "Your character cannot use the item". It'd be nice if it told me WHY.

    your romulan and Klingon characters are not high enough, they must be a minimum of level 50 to use t6

    Wow, console players have it easier when obtaining event ships.

    So even though I cannot use it yet, it won't let me claim it at all? WTF

    Also, in the description on the market, it says level 40, which doesn't sound right for a T6 either.

    Being an event ship the level should be 40 as with the other freebie t6's from winter & summer.

    Damn patch is still downloading so can't check if they've decided to change it.

    How long are these sort of things on the market? I'm guessing I won't be able to get them up to 40 before it ends?

    Blogpost is saying til the 13th so sticking to missions you should have time to get one or two up to 40.

    Although a romulan takes longer due to the number of unskippable cutscenes.

    Considering we got totally screwed last year by not having a chance to grind for the ship and getting it into a Phoenix box from the get go - not really. Quite a few of us bought the 3 piece Sci ships thinking we would be able to finish the 4 piece console set back then, but were sorely disappointed. So no, we don't have it easier, we are barely catching up.

    I too would like to know specifics on what the requirements are to get the ship. I have some sub 60 toons that cant claim it. My 60s are fine.

    You can get Lvl 40 easily before tuesday, if that's the lvl req'd.

    Should be lvl 40, and in the case of Rom's, they need to been fed/kdf aligned before you claim I think.

    Console players can't dismiss and reclaim it because they didnt simply put the giveaway ship in the event reclaim due to it being accelerated into the phoenix box. So I'd say PC players won out.

    i didn't see your post till now i deleted one and it didn't come up with the usual message for special items saying its not reclaimable i deleted the console to see if the ship would come back in the c store and the console was not recoverable in the replicator. the announcement doesn't say you can't not reclaim it. its not tradeable so why cant you reclaim it, you could reclaim the shuttle from last year? is there any chance that it could be changed to an account unlock?
