Ship Loadout doesnt work on Anniversary Ship: T6 Bajoran Interceptor

Ship Loadout doesnt work on Anniversary Ship: T6 Bajoran Interceptor, it works sometimes only once, then not anymore i have 2 setups 1 is for Dual Heavy Cannons and one For Beam Arrays.
can no switch between them
do we need a signature? why?

    Loadout has been bugged for me for at least 3 days now. Multiple tickets sent in and all they've suggested is to force verify when logging in. It didn't help at all. :/

    they just replied me the same thing i replied " force verify doesn't fix the issue, its still persistent, and only on this ship with that toon/character"
    do we need a signature? why?

    Been trying to get a straight answer from them myself. They said the try the force-verify. Which I did. Then yesterday they said to uninstall and re-install. 16 gigs later loadout trays are still messed up. It's been four days since my first ticket, with no luck at all. Thanks Cryptic great game I can't play. :/
