    There is something wrong overall with their servers..Because even the launcher throws up errors randomly after a minute or so..Errors would range from time outs to cant establish a connection to took to long to respond..Its freaking wierd..

    I have no idea whether this is correct, but according to a poster named ChunkyNorris, customer support said the redirect loop was caused by having a period in one's email address.

    does arc/sto even have official support? if so, how do you contact them?

    I'm adding to this post because I too am unable to get support page up from Arc. (see post "I can not PAY!"). Many players are experiencing problems charging Zen when they have never had a problem before. With no way to contact support our only outlet is here in the forums it seems. Hopefully someone will notice?!

    I placed an order for zen like usual.. and it billed me but i never received the zen.. so i guess its all messed up...
