Two bug reports that you may not have seen

The first bug was reported by ClingingMars on Reddit.

The chat window currently strips out all text typed between a '<' sign and a '>' sign (including the '<' and '>' signs themselves). It appears as though the chat window is trying to parse HTML tags, but it doesn't do anything with them. I tried typing text between <b></b> and <i></i> tags, but the chat window doesn't actually make the text bold or italic.


In the same thread, Reddit user NeverObsolete reports that non-Latin alphabets are no longer displayed.

I used the cyrillic alphabet with my friends all the time and now all of a sudden nobody can access it...

This would indicate that someone has changed the character encoding scheme used by the chat window.


The second bug was reported by Blackshap9. Apparently, fly-in text for loot rolls can no longer be turned off.

This is a new bug, I am not the only one this is happening too...

    To add to this. Because of the language of my keyboard I need to use "Alt Gr + 2" to get an @, which currently isn't possible because the game registers it as Alt +2 activating the ability slotted there. So currently it is impossible for me to use the mail system at all unless I change the language of my keyboard which I don't want to for a number of reasons. For the time being I can make do with the account bank, but there are things that can't be transferred via that and only via mail, so please fix this soonish

    Thank you for the update. Does this include fixes for the fly-in text and non-Latin characters? Those bugs probably have a separate cause.

    Odd, perhaps you can use the Latin-American keyb?, that have the @ in the Q letter, thou I don't know your main language..

    No it's set up for Scadinavian languages, Danish primarily. We have weird vowels, like æ, ø and å, as well as ö and ä. And @ isn't used much, or at all, outside mails (which has autocomplete in many cases these days anyway) so the symbol has been relegated to an Alt Gr shortcut.
    I really don't want to change the language of my keyboard because then I not only have to guess where all the symbols are hidden, I'll no longer have access to crucial letters in my language. That would be kind of a bummer. Especially as this is getting fixed next patch. I can live with copy pasting for a few days.

    alt+64 (typed on the keypad) should also give an @. As long as you have nothing on the third row of the skill bar nothing will fire off and if you do you can always re-keybind.
