Starship Mastery Unlock: Black Alert

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
So.. I have this Mastery box in my inventory that says "Click to unlock this!" When I double click, nothing happens... when I Right Click and select Use, nothing happens. Basically.. I have a useless inventory slot right now.

Anyone else having this issue?

    What are you fed or kdf? if fed you wont be able to use it as you will have to buy the ship to get it.

    I'm not quite sure why that's purchaseable on Federation characters. Really shouldn't be,
