Also, I know it's been said but I'll say it again. Please give us a mass salvage ability or at least something that will be faster than the current system. I have a few hundred modules I'd like to not right click each and every one.
Crafted weapons should still be salvageable. Which ones are you not able to salvage?
MK XIV Antiproton Beam Array and then because I know a Youtuber I saw did it, I went and made a couple fresh ones and sure enough those don't have the salvage ability either for the MK II.
Thank you for the additional detail. I am still able to salvage antiproton beam arrays as of the current Tribble Build. Could you clarify what the issue you are having is? Are you not seeing rewards for completing the salvage operation, or is the button unavailable on those items entirely?
It is also worth knowing that you intentionally cannot salvage an item you have protected. Is that possibly causing the problem?
Awesome, though there is one that's not right now.
Kelvin Timeline Phaser Emitter Array
Those are the ones from the lockbox that are both upgrade able and that I can re-engineer.
Side note sorta, some of the items sold at Earth Spacedock by Ensign Lessa like the Away Team Weapons, I can't salvage the MK I of the Phaser Full Auto Rifle but I can salvage the III, V, VII, and IX. Not sure if intended or not. This system either way is really cool by the way. Awesome job guys.
that can not ... so far at least ... not be Re-Engineered ?
Certain items, especially dual proc' weapons can't be re-engineered yet as they don't have the same amount of modifiers as 'standard' equipment. They are working on this. However, there are certain rep/mission items that can be as they have the 'correct' number of modifiers.
i was mostly talking about Space and Ground Weapons
from missions ...
- Plasma-Disruptor Hybrid Beam Array --> does not work at the moment
--> from “Past Imperfect” (Fed), “Second Star to the Right, Straight on 'til Morning” (Klingon) or “Smash and Grab” (Romulan)
- Dominion Polaron Beam Array --> already works perfectly :-D
- Dominion Polaron Dual Cannon --> works too --> BUT one [CrtH] and one [Dmg] is locked
--> Mission: Boldly They Rode
and a couple of ground weapons from missions ...
that i have to make a list of ...
Plasma-Disruptor IS a dual proc weapon and currently not included. They are typically the same as the Rom Rep Plasma.
like this dual Proc weapon ?
Dominion Polaron Weapons
to target: 2.5% chance: -25 All Current Power Levels for 5 seconds
to target: 2.5% chance: cause extra damage shields.
Crafted Disrupter Omni-Directional Beam arrays no longer are getting crafted modifiers upon a crit when crafting them. They still can get Acc, DMG, CrtH, CrtD as their bonus for getting a critical success when crafting and getting a Mk12 Ultra Rare. They are not getting the crafted mods, such as Pen, Over, Snare, etc.
Why do I say it would be a statistical anomaly if I'm wrong? I took the time to craft 50+ crits since the last Tribble patch (somewhere around 125-200 total beam arrays crafted), and not one of my critical successes got a crafted modifier. While possible, that shouldn't be probable.
If you need me to re-Test, post a SS or video of the issue, I can; just let me know.
Tribble seems to have gotten another unannounced patch, this time around 500 MB. The current build is
Version: ST.82.20180111a.5
SVN build number: 218335
Tribble patch date: 01/22/2018 (?)
Version: ST.82.20180111a.11
SVN build number: 218429
Tribble patch date: 01/23/2018
I have to type some text here, because Vanilla Forums keeps eating my posts for no good reason. When are they going to fix this annoying bug?
Force-verify is in the patch notes in the Known Issues section today for tomorrow. Hooray! May it now be fixed soon.
