2 Years break, come back, Character is bugged. Equipment nog registering.

Hello. I've been back after 2 years of absence, and one of my level 60 toons is behaving completely bugged.
- A lot of my ground powers are NOT available in the tray nor in the 'Available power list' when pressing P
- I've seen hypo's equipped and never able to actually use.
- The na'kuhl shield sometimes doesn't even apply the stats, the blue shield bar remains black. 2 and 3 piece set NOT applying ability and traits.
- I randomly cannot transwarp, checking the radio button just makes the list disappear.
- Clicking the checkbox to change a Boff's specialization randomly didnt work and dropdown list disappears and suddenly started working the next day.
- My ground weapons sometimes simply show my left and right hand melee, and unable to fire the weapons even if its equipped and primary.
What the hell is going on? I can't play like this...

Issues still persist, I've been back since 2+ months now...
Most prominent of them all is Na'kuhl set bonusues not working, but it pretty much happens with all stuff on ground...

Np. I hope this rare bug, which I'm the only one that seems to be affected by, gets fixed soon. :C
This still hasnt been fixed, yet I've been pumping hundreds of dollars into this game since my return.
I cant even metamorphose myself by Q because i simply get an item in my inventory that I can do nothing with instead of being transformed.
I cannot vote on Dranuur Colony Simulation, and 19 people are waiting for ME to click something, yet I'm the only one in all of STO being affected by this. Literally everyone all have to wait for the timeout because of ME.
I cant even fire my ground weapons as it will revert back to melee when i try to. My kit modules all refuse to go to my tray, i cant do ANYTHING but basic stuff.
Is it really too much to ask to at least take at look at it?
Perhaps re-build my character's structure behind the scenes without losing stuff? Like a index-rebuild or refresh.

Yes, I'm almost positive it only happens on "R.R.W. I MT's Ponycor l@marctraider"
I'm not sure if related, but my space tray also gets filled up with trash abilities a lot of time when i swap from ground to space. Every time i have to reload my loadout to fix it :-(
Anyway, from your reply it sounds that this might be an isolated issue? I have googled many many times to see if others had similar issues, but no dice.
I hope we can at least keep in contact or at least keep me posted, i'd really appreciate it!

I'll keep tabs here and hope it gets fixed soon, i don't want to leave this game i've played for 7+ years just because my main toon has become practically unusable.
