BOFF donation for fleet project "Station Personnel Officer on Colony" not working?

Similar to previous posts, white quality Bridge Officers in the candidate roster aren't showing available for donation to the project (greyed out), and unable to buy/trade white quality BOffs to regular inventory, if candidate roster is full. What (probably obvious thing) am I missing? Nothing from previous posts seems to work.

    Found it (and it was obvious). The project specifies race, (not just faction) for the tac, sci, or eng profession needed. Hope this helps someone else that hasn't had their second cup of coffee yet :)
