Unable to use Fleet Logo on ships?

I am member of a fleet that has reached level 5 on our starbase but we are unable to use the fleet logo on any of our ships. Is this a feature athat s not working yet or is this a bug. thanks

I am pretty sure only certain ships can display the fleet logo. Now which ones those are, you better search the net.
