Peregrine Fighter Cannon Rapid Fire

in Xbox One Gameplay Bug Reports
In the description of the Peregrine Fighter it says it has Rapid Fire I. I equipped it with a DHC but I can't find the RF icon in any of the radial menus. Am I doing something wrong, or is it bugged?

    The To'Duj fighter has the same issue.

    As well as the Vaadwaur Pythus fighter. It has fire at will built-in, but it's missing. Every shuttle I have that has a built-in ability, has that ability missing
