ST Discovery ship's

I would love to see them add the ships from Discovery to the game all of the different FED & KDF ships that have been seen so far. Also the ground weapons would be nice.

Is it possible to get the Cadet and Medical badges added to the tailor

You can get a close approximation of the Shenzou by tinkering with the Akira.

I would love to have all of the class ships from the new show but one thing is they need to put the comm badges for medical and cadet in the tailor so we can create them

Also for TOS characters, enable the story BOffs to have full access to the Discovery uniform, and have the Discovery uniform as an option besides just the TOS one for the player during the TOS arc.

And while we're at it, fix the scaling issue when replaying the TOS arc.

An episode where we join a bunch of Discovery ships against the tomb ship would be cool.

Or an alternate timeline of Discovery where you have to stun Michael before she gives the Klingons what they hope the Federation will do to start the war and unite the Houses.

Mutiny averted, Klingons view the Feds as not worthy, leave without hassle, poke the Romulans, get steamrolled, get absorbed , undermine the RSE from the inside with their civil wars, RSE collapses because it can't handle the Klingons, T'Ket is pleased, Federation-Klingon and Iconian Wars averted, in the meantime, Federation get a lots more ships built and not destroyed as they're left alone for centuries, Dominion appear, Federation barely wins by itself, everyone is happy.

Wolf 359 would've been fought with even older and more out of date ships than it already had been, letting the Borg clear that resistance even faster. The Mirandas were pasted, so think of how a never-needed-replaced Walker class would fair. Enterprise D never catches up after its deflector is fixed from burn out, due the Borg moving on faster. Earth ends up assimilated as 'Sleep' mode is never engaged on the cube, and then the entire Federation falls in short order.

a Discovery arc would be interesting
I suspect any mention of anything from Discovery would wait until after Season 1 is over, and even then, it would likely be a one off mission. Discovery being more narrative focused, instead of "episode of the week" focused like most of the other Treks, hasn't exactly left a lot of room open for Cryptic to latch onto loose threads.

Not to mention the big spore drive problem where we know it gets shelved, but we don't know WHY it get shelved, so any mention of it in-game would have to tip-toe around the issue until we learn the exact reason Starfleet canned it.

i think you see why it gets shelved at some point with the preview for the second half. they tried it with hardware>no go, they add a bio component and BOTH end up burning out...so to speak.

there is KIND of a loose end so far i'd like to see explored and doubt it would be covered in discovery...the ship of the dead. what is that family? how did they get it and it's technology? why was it sitting rusting away? the whole war of the houses...yeah kdf centric but they could use some more stories.

TRIBBLE needs to be only on CBS not STO it's horrible pew pew fungus drive nonsense with 1950's thick stiff rubber cowls and Daft Punk robot on the bridge when the first cybernetic crew was Data many decades down the time line, Buck Rodgers style outfits of which Ming would covet worn by the Klingons. JJ's films are far better compared this butcher job CBS has done named Discovery.

Well, he is in First Contact after the Borg Queen starts playing with him... Maybe ssbn655 was thinking of Geordi, if he meant the TV series proper?

Come to think of it, they're going to have to revamp some of the Agents of Yesterday stuff in light of the changes to lore. Namely, the Klingons getting cloaking technology from Future Guy and Starfleet having no knowledge of it until Caleb IV.

I wouldn't mind getting access to the Crossfield, Shepard, and Malachowski-classes. The others... I'll pass on them for now.

"Critics who say that the optimistic utopia Star Trek depicted is now outmoded forget the cultural context that gave birth to it: Star Trek was not a manifestation of optimism when optimism was easy. Star Trek declared a hope for a future that nobody stuck in the present could believe in. For all our struggles today, we haven’t outgrown the need for stories like Star Trek. We need tales of optimism, of heroes, of courage and goodness now as much as we’ve ever needed them."
