    No pet, no shuttle, no R&D Boxes, no Holo Leeta, no ships as extra incentive for buying more like last year or am I missing it somewhere?

    Cool, so perhaps it just wasn't mentioned. If I remember correctly it had to process through Arc as well for those item little bonus perks to apply.

    The charge option in the website does not have the bonus zen description. Does it mean this applies only to in-game Steam Wallet purchase? I wonder if the bonus will apply if we purchase zen thru the Arc website.


    Edit: My bad. The bonus zen description appears in Review & Order section. Kindly delete this if necessary.

    So can anyone confirm whether or not Cryptic is having this type of bonus perk again this year or not? or is it just another zen bonus same as Cryptic's other zen bonus sales?

    No this year as they have the Charge Bonus 15-25% depending upon the amount of ZEN charged via the ARC Website as well as the 25% ZEN discount in CSTORE; they also have the various pack sales which range from 40-65% too. So that can result in an overall savings for most from 34-43%, or if you buy a pack via the website 40-65%.

    So I wouldn't say it's necessarily better or worse just different. Still I think I'd prefer the charge bonus rather than the Orange Tabby, Peregrine/To’duj Fighter, (3x)R&D Packs, Holo Leeta Bridge Officer, T5 Regent-class Assault Cruiser, or T6 Hestia-class Advanced Escort. But that's me... This year I spent 50.00 so the 1000 extra ZEN was very nice especially with the 300 normal bonus or (1300 extra in total) giving you 6300 for fifty dollars.

    Still I do admit the Cat's are very adorable - hope the infinity lockbox includes many of the common, rare or even very rare cat's or yes even dog's among other pet's in them. Pretty sure they do and if you don't open lockboxes simply watch prices in reward packs keyword 'cat', 'dog' searching quality of common, rare or very rare. The infinity Lockbox is available now thru the Black Friday weekend to earn various previous rewards from various lockboxes.

    If I'm looking at it correctly, the 2016 included the zen bonus as well (Reference - https://arcgames.com/en/games/star-trek-online/news/detail/10280293-black-friday-sales

    The packs are a great deal btw, just a bit disappointed with the item bonuses as I was not playing last year.

    Last year was completely the same, except that the packs had "only" 50% off (The big ones, not sure how much the starter packs had).
