I had some terrible lag last night when trying tonrun colony sims. Was almost unplayable with the game locking up and freezing every few seconds. Others seemed ok but I’ve heard a people say they had similar issues today and yesterday as well.
Well...it is unusual for me to have connection problems at all....but I lost the server just collecting on DOFF assignments this morning. Didn't even get to fly into MI, yet...so no clue on the rubberbanding/lag, yet.
Back up now... not gonna worry about it.

Yep, me too. Klingon Academy interior has been even more unbearable than usual. I literally couldn't get through the doorway today. PvE has been extra annoying due to 100 to dead in a second incidents.
I get bad lag for a couple hours a day at roughly the same time. But it's been going on a while and I don't know the reason.
I play over in the UK, and haven't experienced it. It could be a localised ISP issue. If it was a Server issue, everyone would have it.
"You don't want to patrol!? You don't want to escort!? You don't want to defend the Federation's Starbases!? Then why are you flying my Starships!? If you were a Klingon you'd be killed on the spot, but lucky for you.....you WERE in Starfleet. Let's see how New Zealand Penal Colony suits you." Adm A. Necheyev.
I had hellish lag the other day and it turned out windows update was running.
Hit CTRL, SHIFT & ESC and if you see delivery optimization running, close it! Its microsofts way of letting you know how arrogant they are in assuming everyone has the same size of connection they have at the office and it will happily cripple your connection until it does the updating. It'll usually wait an hour then rear its head again and begin sucking every scrap of bandwidth it can get regardless of whether a user is active or not.
Input lag is different but does seem to be getting worse of late as multiple times in the MI I've used fleet support only to have no ship arrive and yet have the 15 minute cd apply.
Yep, awful rubber banding/lag for me (UK based) over the last couple of days. The entire dreadnought part of my Mirror Invasion run yesterday was literally unplayable for me as a result.
Post maintenance was a bit rough today. Lagged me out of an episode, put me back where I was before the disco happened. I then completed the mission and it didn't bother saving that so it decided that repeating the last section was a great idea for me.
I disagreed and dropped and skipped as I saw the story at least. I'm not much for the Iconian stuff.
If it was a server issue, more people would be noticing it. Reset all your devices to clear any IP conflicts and perform a tracert to see if there are any issues along the way. What most think is Cryptic's fault actually turns out to be an ISP issue that's nothing to do with them.
