No start next campaign/story after last patch

I finished the klingon campaign/story but the game doesn't start the next campagin/story. I get no new mission. I tried to start them manually but nothing happens. I am level 33 rank captain.

    I am experiencing the same issue. Can't start the next missions/set of "Yesterday's War" manually(Also just finished "Klingon War") and I have not received any hails for a Story Mission since recent update. I'm rank 23, requirement is 20.

    Have you run the feature episode yet ? I remember seeing something along those lines not too long ago.

    I just played the feature episode "beyond the nexus" and "TNG 30th anniversary". And finally the next story mission starts. Problem solved. Thanks.

    I'm having this problem currently and the beyond the nexus quest is gone so can't advance to agents of yesterday or wasteland missions, any suggestions

    I'm having this problem with my federation toon. I can't unlock any story arc missions!!

    I'm currently unable to start the "In Shadows" chapter for my Romulan as well and it's getting on my nerves. I had planned to put time and money into this possible but I can't even progress! I'm currently a level 19 centurion and the requirements are a level 16 so I don't understand the issue. Everything before that mission is done, I have no active mission and I'm quickly losing the drive to play this.

    I'm having the same issue. Finished the Klingon campaign and can't start Yesterday's War. No FE to do.

    Funny thing is, I've been working with support for days. They claim this isn't an issue and the CSR, as of a handful of minutes ago said I was the first person to report this. <I have a hard time believing that>

    New player here..... i also cannot start episode 2, how do i get ahold of a support person....cs seems to be based at area 51, it dosent exist....anyhow..... all jokes aside.... cool game, worth throwing dollars at....if it was not broken... cheers!

    So, support has been a poor experience for me. I emailed them last week and the CRS answered my question in circles then forwarding me a link telling me that I wasn't at the appropriate level. They didn't even respond. They contacted me back after I sent an unpleasant review of the feedback I'd received. After a few days they didn't seen to believe me so they then had me take a video and send them the link to it from Xbox.com. I did. They then responded to me this morning claiming this was a bug which had 'never been reported before' and that basically to not expect a response back since it'll take time to develop patches.

    Meantime this was first reported a year ago on the PC side of things. My faith in their support no longer exists. Its been a circular runaround by people who appear to be disconnected from STO. Meanwhile, on Reddit, a user seemed to have been an Arc employee and through that particular threat individual fixes appear to have been made on a one by one basis.

    Lvl 23. Im having the same issue of being unable to advance the storyline past the end of klingon war. Seems this problem has been around for awhile.

    I'm having same problem, redone temporal ambassador as advised by support but it did not work

    Please provide the "character@handle" of a character that can't progress in the story arc.
